These Terms govern access to, navigation on, license purchases, and use of Total Remote Control’s applications and services, both on the website and within its macOS and iPadOS apps.
A valid email address is required to purchase a license. Each license is linked to specific devices using a unique machine identifier. Licenses are available as monthly, yearly, or perpetual plans and are managed through the user dashboard. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
The user agrees to use the Service lawfully, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Unauthorized access to restricted resources, decompilation, reverse engineering, modification, or copying of the software is strictly prohibited, as is using the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
The use of the software is subject to the corresponding EULA. Each license may be linked to a limited number of devices. Users may unbind devices through the control panel to reassign licenses.
Support is available exclusively via email. The maximum response time is five business days from the time the query is received. Real-time or out-of-hours assistance is not guaranteed.
A 7-day free trial may be offered, limited to one use per user. Repeated trial attempts from the same user, email address, or device may be denied. After purchase, refunds are not accepted unless required by applicable law.
The owner may modify, suspend, or remove Service features at any time. Pricing or license terms may also be updated. Significant changes will be communicated through reasonable means (e.g., email or in-app notices).
All rights to the software, texts, images, and other content belong to David Barral Merino. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties regarding its continuity, error-free operation, or fitness for purpose. The user assumes full responsibility for using the Service. The owner is not liable for direct or indirect damages.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection laws specify otherwise.
